Pumpkin chili actually sounds...Yay on second place! Pumpkin chili actually sounds really good. I adore pumpkin, so this is my time of year for sure. <br /><br />And my husband, the chef in the family, makes veggie stock all the time and freezes it: he just puts in all the washed veggie trimmings and water and it magically turns into stock.
