Bear and the Vet
Well, we have just returned from the vet's and Bears yearly checkup. I am owned by the worlds worst behaved dog....Living with Bear is like living with a young boy, if it pops into his head he does it! I think his motto is "If it seems like a good idea it must be!". He jumped on absolutely everyone and at one point I think he started to get the zooms...those of you with dogs know exactly what the zooms are. That need to run around as fast as possible, in circles somehow missing fences, trees and who ever happens to be brave enough to be there near him. He is as is expected as healthy as a horse other than one pesky ear.
I think they were very happy to see his wagging tail depart the office.

He's also looking particularly naughty today.
ReplyDeleteI *really* need to write and send you "Bear goes to the Doctor"
He was particularly naughty yesterda! I laid down to take a nap and noticed that the light seeping through my lids was kind of dark, opened them to find him staring at me not 3 inches away!
DeleteSend on the story. I will try to start the illustrations.
I bet they wish more dogs were like him! Yay for healthy Bear!
ReplyDeleteThe healthy part yes! The busy part not so much. We have used this vets office since we got here and many of the rescues have gone through there. Some were good some were not so good! I love the staff and the care they take of my dogs!
DeleteI just took Tallulah for a vaccine, and she sort of sings/howls the whole time, agitating all the other dogs. When I was checking out, she literally launched herself up onto the 4 1/2 foot tall counter, like on a pogo stick. Funny, but also not!
ReplyDeleteSounds exactly like our vet visits! It is funny to watch but boy is it embarassing!
